Built Around Your Day
Every group HIIT class runs 55 minutes — twelve dynamic exercises across three sets with 30-second rests. Stretch and mobility classes the same length. Long enough to do real work; short enough to fit between meetings, school runs, and rounds of life.

Group Personal Training
55-minute small-group HIIT strength classes (max 12). Our 4-week structure — Foundation, Build, Perform, Transform — takes you through 144 different exercises in 4 weeks. We track the weight you lift so you see real, measurable progress every month. Includes alkaline water and a nutrition plan.

Three 55-minute formats: TRX & Body Stretch (Mon 10:30 AM, Tue 5:00 PM, Thu 8:30 AM), Core & Mat Stretch (Tue 8:30 AM, Fri 10:30 AM), and Dynamic Flow & Stretch (Wed 10:30 AM, Thu 5:00 PM, Sat 8:30 AM). All levels welcome.

Wellfit Social Club is located at 180 Norseman St., Unit 107-108, in Etobicoke's Norseman Industrial Park — a private, well-lit 2,600 sq-ft facility with parking at both the front and rear of the building. Showers, washrooms, and a waiting area for kids on-site. Five minutes from the Islington subway station and easy to reach from the Queensway, the Gardiner, and Highway 427.
