At Wellfit Social Club, we focus on conditioning the body, strengthening the heart and circulatory system, and improving overall function through full-body exercises and HIIT training that challenge you to push your limits.
Our gym offers a wide variety of training options, including TRX, spin bikes, punching bags, sleds, tire flipping, sledgehammer training, weightlifting, and more. With workouts changing weekly, there is always something new to try — whether you love high-intensity intervals, strength training, or unconventional fitness challenges.

Nicholas Novia
Founder | PTA | Master Trainer
Nicholas is the founder of Wellfit Social Club, with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. He specializes in bodybuilding, powerlifting, athletic performance, senior and disability training, as well as nutrition and weight management, and is a certified PTA. His approach focuses on building strength, improving health, and delivering long-term, sustainable results for clients of all levels.
He created Wellfit Social Club with the vision of making fitness accessible to everyone — not just the already fit. With a holistic approach and a background in physical therapy, Nicholas developed a unique accountability-driven program that stands apart in the industry. His mission is especially focused on helping older adults take control of their health, improve mobility, and build confidence through personalized support.

Siddhi Thakkar
Physiotherapist
Siddhi is a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist dedicated to helping people recover from injuries, improve mobility, and achieve their physical health goals. With a patient-focused approach, she combines evidence-based treatment techniques, personalized rehabilitation programs, and education to support long-term recovery and performance. Whether working with athletes, active individuals, or those managing everyday aches and pains, Siddhi is passionate about empowering her clients to move confidently, live pain-free, and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.

Our Etobicoke studio is a private 2,600 sq-ft facility with a dedicated training floor, recovery suite, physiotherapy clinic, separate men's and women's washrooms with showers, parking front and rear, and a children's waiting area. Every member gets a 30-minute facility tour during their first visit.
