Group Personal Training (HIIT Strength)

High-Intensity Interval Training in our exclusive 2,600 sq-ft facility. Our 4-Week Structure gives you 4 weeks, 144 exercises, and 1 stronger you — Week 1: Foundation (build your base with full-body strength and movement quality), Week 2: Build (increase intensity and endurance with power and strength progressions), Week 3: Perform (train like an athlete — improve capacity, conditioning, and work under fatigue), Week 4: Transform (test your limits, maximize performance, and finish stronger than ever). Our 4-week weight tracking system means we track the weight you lift — not just your heart rate — so you see real, measurable progress each month. Max 12 people per class. Calisthenics (TRX, resistance bands, bosu balls, kettlebells), free weights, and machines — all guided by certified in-house personal trainers. Includes alkaline water service, a personalized nutrition plan, and complimentary ginger and lemon shots.

Stretch & Mobility Classes

Three 55-minute stretch formats across the week. TRX & Body Stretch (Mon 10:30 AM, Tue 5:00 PM, Thu 8:30 AM) — strength, stability, and stretch all in one dynamic session. Core & Mat Stretch (Tue 8:30 AM, Fri 10:30 AM) — build a strong core while improving flexibility and range. Dynamic Flow & Stretch (Wed 10:30 AM, Thu 5:00 PM, Sat 8:30 AM) — move with intention, flow, stretch, and feel amazing. All levels welcome, including seniors and members rebuilding mobility post-injury.

At Wellfit we transform your fitness journey with personalized training packages tailored just for you. Solo or partnered sessions, all 55 minutes. Online Coaching

Embark on a personalized fitness journey with our online coaching program. Stay on track anywhere, anytime — unlock built-in accountability with nutritional insights included in every package, including HIIT. Get personalized support, regular check-ins, and motivation right at your fingertips. Flexible durations of 4, 8, and 12 months. Each package guarantees weekly check-ins via message, Zoom calls, or phone calls through the WellFit Online app. Workout routines update every two weeks. Comprehensive nutrition program included.

Physiotherapy at Wellfit Social Club

Physiotherapy

In-house physiotherapy services from our registered physiotherapist. Treatments include exercise recovery (30 / 45 min), FIMS dry needling, in-person and virtual assessments, multi-service treatments, PEMF therapy, shockwave therapy, and live & dry blood analysis. Designed to keep you training pain-free and recover faster between sessions. First treatment 50% off for new patients.

Recovery Lounge at Wellfit Social Club

Recovery Lounge

Cold plunge, infrared sauna, and LED red-light therapy in our on-site recovery suite. Reduces inflammation, accelerates muscle recovery, supports skin and circulation. Members receive half-price recovery rates. Drop in after class or pair with a 6-Session Spa Pack.

Our dedicated mentors provide personalized guidance and support, sitting down with you personally for 30-minute sessions and offering 15-minute calls. Ideal for those seeking extra accountability, this program spans 9 weeks maximum, ensuring you stay on track to reach your fitness goals with confidence. Available as a PT mentorship ($3,500) or HIIT mentorship ($2,200).

HYROX Training Program

A structured, performance-based training program designed to improve strength, endurance, conditioning, and overall athletic performance. Combining HYROX-style workouts, functional strength training, cardio conditioning, and expert coaching, this program helps members build stamina, increase confidence, and train like athletes. 3 Weeks. 3 Focuses. 1 Goal — Week 1: Performance Foundation (prepare), Week 2: Stamina & Power (build), Week 3: Race Ready (perform). Built for all levels — whether it's your first HYROX or your next PB.
