1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting wellfitsocialclub.com, booking a class, attending the studio at 180 Norseman St., Unit 107-108, Etobicoke, ON, or purchasing any package or service from Wellfit Social Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Wellfit Social Club offers group personal training (HIIT), stretch and mobility classes, 1-on-1 personal training, online coaching, physiotherapy, recovery (cold plunge / infrared sauna / LED red-light therapy), nutrition counseling, and mentorship programs. Specific class types, schedules, and prices may change at any time without notice.
3. Bookings, Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Classes and physiotherapy treatments must be booked in advance through the Well-Fit app, our scheduling system, or by phone. Late arrivals more than 10 minutes after class start may be turned away to maintain class flow. Cancellations made fewer than 12 hours before a session may be charged.
4. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Exercise carries inherent risks. Before starting any program, consult your physician — especially if you have a pre-existing condition, injury, or medical concern. By participating, you confirm you are physically able to exercise and accept all risks. Inform your trainer or physiotherapist of any condition that may affect your training. Wellfit Social Club, its trainers, and its physiotherapists are not liable for injuries arising from exercise undertaken without disclosure of relevant medical history.
5. Membership & Package Terms
Memberships, class packs, and packages are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Autopay packages renew until cancelled in writing 30 days before the renewal date. Paid-in-full packages are subject to the Refund Policy below.
6. Refund Policy
Single sessions are non-refundable once booked. Class packs and packages are non-refundable except where Canadian consumer-protection law requires otherwise; in those cases, refunds are pro-rated based on sessions used at the regular drop-in rate. The 6-Week Challenge deposit is refundable per the published challenge terms (complete the challenge and join a long-term package, OR lose 20 lbs / 7.5% body fat — full refund). Physiotherapy treatments are non-refundable once delivered; cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no charge.
7. Conduct & Studio Rules
All members and guests must respect staff, fellow members, and the equipment. Indoor shoes only on the training floor. No outside food in the recovery suite. Children may wait in the designated waiting area but may not enter the training floor unsupervised. Wellfit reserves the right to terminate any membership for repeated violations of these rules without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, photos, logos, video — is owned by Wellfit Social Club or licensed to us, and protected by Canadian and international copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any content commercially without our written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Our coaching app (WellFit Online), scheduling and payments software (Well-Fit), and SMS / email providers each have their own terms and privacy policies. By using our services, you also agree to those third-party terms where applicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellfit Social Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after revisions means you accept the updated Terms.
